The Xbox One X is a game console from Microsoft.
This so-called mid-generation upgrade of the Xbox One is also Microsoft's first 4K console.
This console is four times more powerful than the original Xbox One that came out in 2013. It was announced as Project Scorpio (which was the code name) at E3 2016. At E3 2017, Microsoft first showed this console to the public.
The idea is that the Xbox One line is one big family where all games can be played on any platform with the difference that the graphics qualities of these games on the Xbox One X are many times better than on the Xbox One or Xbox One S .
