Order Process
- Place it in your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to cart' button;
- In the shopping cart you can see the product that is placed in the shopping cart;
- Then choose the desired payment method;
- Then enter your details, create an account or calculate without an account;
- Check your order & data in the overview
- By clicking the "Order Order" button, you make your order final and it is time to settle through the chosen payment method.

Cancel
After you complete your order, it will be completed as soon as possible for shipment. Therefore, it is technically often impossible to cancel your order. Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible. In addition, it is possible to cancel the order at the time of delivery. You can do this by refusing delivery of your package. When you cancel, all of the payment, including shipping costs, will be refunded by us. If you have chosen for delivery at a pickup point, you do not need to take any action. If your order is not picked up, it will be returned to us within 14 days.

Please note: If you chose a delivery that was more expensive than our cheapest shipping method, you will not receive this additional shipping fee.
