In general, your PS5 will be repaired within two weeks, depending on workload and stock availability of the necessary parts. Investigation costs are 35 euros, these will be waived if you agree to the repair. Since we work with an external repairer outside of Groningen for PS5 repairs, we are forced to charge 1x shipping costs (€ 10,-)! Warranty is three months.
After a successful repair, we guarantee that you can enjoy gaming on your trusted PlayStation 5 again as usual.

Send PlayStation 5:
If you are unable to visit our store in Groningen, you can also send your broken PlayStation 5 to us.
Wrap your PS5 well and securely. Also include a note with your address details, telephone number and email address plus a clear description of the problem/defect. If you have worked on your game console yourself, you should also report this. It is not necessary to include cabling and controller.
Once the repair is finished you will receive an email with a payment request. We will then send your game console back to you with the replaced part if desired.
