In September 2016, Sony released a new version of the PS4, called PS4 Slim. However, this game console has no changes in the hardware, only the housing is slimmer and the system is lighter. In addition to this new version, Sony has released a third version of the PS4, under the name PS4 Pro. In contrast to the PS4 Slim, this game console does have improvements in the hardware, such as a better video card. The PS4 Pro's visual improvements include dynamic 4K gaming and faster frame rates.
